Limited Access Fee: Gated Properties/ Schools/ Military Installations/ Small unloading
zones (small parking lots, alleys, etc.) pretty much anywhere a truck can’t fit easily.
Appointment Required Fee: If an appointment is required to be made to be unloaded.
Notify Prior to Delivery Fee: If receiver requires notification prior to delivery, always with residential.
Lift Gate Delivery Fee: If receiver does not have equipment and load is too heavy to hand unload. This is equipment attached to the back end of trailer.
